So on Sunday Parker took his first steps. Hooray! He's been trying, but has only ever taken one or two steps before falling. On Sunday however, he first took about 4, and then as the night progressed, he kept adding steps until he walked halfway across the room! He has also been talking a lot lately. Here are some of his words:
Babies--he calls all stuffed animals "babies" but has two that are his favorite. Some of you might remember his green bunny, well he still has it, and loves it more than ever. It is definitely looking quite tattered, and the tail is about to fall off(he like to chew on it) but it's his baby, so we keep it around. He also has a bear that he totes around. He has to sleep with both, one in each arm, it's really cute, if I do say so myself.
Doggie--we got two dogs about a month ago, a beagle and a dachshund, so Parker picked this one up pretty quick. He even pats his leg and and says "om ear" which translates to come here!
Mommy, Daddy--he's been saying these for awhile, but he actually knows who's who.
Cheese--one day we were trying to take his picture, but he wouldn't look at the camera, so Travis stood behind me and peeked out to the side, telling Parker to say "cheese", so Parker copied him and tilted his head, a few days later he learned how to say cheese!
Well anyways, he is definitely growing way too fast, and is out of the baby stage and into the toddler stage. It's really fun to watch him learn and grow, and I love being a mom more and more each day!

Hooray for Parker! He is getting so big! It seems like just yesterday that we just met in the Arlington Ward and you were pregnant with Parker. Where has the time gone......
Wow he is going up tons! How are you guys? And how is the business going? I still need to come up and do family pics and baby pics! It will be hard now parker is walking he might just walk out of all of them hehe! So lets plan a day to do it...Sundance is really pretty this time of year with all of the leaves changing! So let me know if you would want to go there or somewhere else and when you guys can do it with Travis' crazy schedule! How is his job going? Is it so hard with him being gone all of the time? I would hate to have Jerome gone like that...but then again that is because it would be a sad empty house...you have lots of fun company around ya! Anywho call me and let me know about the pictures oh and we still should do a double date and a girls night too! Well talk to you later! Oh and there are houses down here for rent...we could totally be neighbors...that is if you can stand to be by us hehe! See ya
